Is the Wamazu system free?

Is it possible to exploit their own second level domain (mybusiness.com) or have the address of the user?

  • Wamazu system can be used on the second level domain (www.yourdomain.com). For your project you can either register a new domain or use a domain already registered.

Is it possible publication system Wamazu download and install on your own server?

  • No. The system as such can not be downloaded and run on another server. Wamazu operates only on our servers, where users provide space for their web projects.

What are the options available to operate the system?

  • Wamazu system offer different limit of disk space on a server. It depends on your choose. But you can also order the extension of disk space anytime.

Is it possible to customize the look of the web?

  • If none of the prepared templates (skins) Wamazu, you can create your own adaptation of an already existing. The administration interface project in the "Web Features" you can download any of the appearance and edit it. Can then be adapted due to import into your project. If you are not expert in webdesign and CSS style you can use our services where we make you a custom design.

Can I add pages to my own HTML code?

When importing my skin (zip format) the system displays an error message "The file" config.xml "no". What should I do?

  • The file "config.xml" must be located directly in the root of the zip archive containing your appearance (skin). If you have modified your design saved in a folder eg "C: \ my-skin", you have to wrap the contents of zip archive folder "C: \ my-skin" and not the entire folder "my-skin".

How do I create and implement new design publication system Wamazu?

How many templates does Wamazu have? Can I make some modification based on template?

  • Wamazu has 49 templates at option. (re: http://www.wamazu.com/en/how-it-works/templates/). If you can understand CSS style, you can make some change based on it by yourself. Or if you need our help to change the template, it depends on how much time, normally 500-1,500USD/ customized template. You only need to pay us this charge ONE time; in the meantime, you have to pay Wamazu service yearly fees as first question above.

Once I ordered one of the three levels (MINI, STANDARD, VIP / PROFESSIONAL) listed in http://www.wamazu.com/en/our-services/wamazu-web/, can I up/downgrade anytime?

  • Yes, you can upgrade from MINI to STANDART or VIP - Profesional anytime, or vice versa. If you upgrade from MINI to STANDARD you will pay only difference between these versions. E.g. MINI cost 39 USD and STANDARD cost 119 USD so you will pay only 119-39=80 USD for upgrade to STANDARD package.

If I don’t like any of the 49 templates, how much I need to pay for a website with custom design?

  • For a new custom design, it will cost 1,000-1,500 USD. Or You can make new design by yourself. Just download our templates or Edit CCS style. OR you can use some cheaper company locally to make you custom design.

How much it will cost if we need you to put webpage content from us into the website-to-be?

  • 10 USD/webpage to put info and images and stylize it. Of course you still need to pay Wamazu yearly fees (at http://www.wamazu.com/en/our-services/wamazu-web/).

What’s the procedure for you to create a website (e-shop) with custom design?

  • The main procedure is: you'll send all information what you want from us, how many pages, how many products, etc. If need some customized design or not. Then we give you quotation for website (e-shop). If you agree, then you can pay us wamazu fees (at http://www.wamazu.com/en/our-services/wamazu-web/) + 50% for our customized work - when work finished you pay rest of 50% of our work.

How can you guarantee that we can enjoy the same price during the following years as that we pay in the first year (it’s marked "special price" for initial promotion in your website, once we pay as it, how about following years’ cost?)

  • You can enjoy the same price all the years you use our service and we can sign an agreement to make you sure of it.

Do we need to pay extra money for domain name?

  • Our price showed on our website (www.wamazu.com) is including the space, data transfer, webhosting, email, statistics, which means our service is all-in-one. If you don't have your own domain name and you would like to buy from us its also possible. Domain name like *.COM, *.NET, *.BIZ, *.ORG, *.INFO cost USD15/domain name/year; if you need *.CN, *.COM.CN , it will cost 35 USD/ domain name/year. ( As it’s the normal rules in the world to pay renewal to worldwide registrar. If you already have your own domain name then no need to buy anything and just set up dns).

Can Wamazu service build DYNAMIC website (with flash, video, etc.)?

What's the difference between wamazu website and wamazu e-shop?

  • Wamazu E-shop is for direct selling;  while website is only web where people, companies can represent their company, products, etc., website can also play a role of selling but E-Shop has much more perfect functions to manage orders, clients, delivery terms, etc.

How many languages can wamazu support exactly?

  • Wamazu can support 11 languages so far. They are CHINESE, ENGLISH, ESPANOL, GERMAN, FRANCE, ITALY, POLAND, CZECH, SLOVAK, PORTUGUESE, HUNGARY .

Can the website created by Wamazu be found in who.is?

  • Yes, sure. If xxx.com is created by Wamazu, then you will find it also on wamazu.com in the catalogue list (like website catalogues). That means everybody who go to Wamazu.com they will see also your website (xxx.com) there.

We need our website to be easily found through search engines, so how much it will cost for high profile searching?

  • Wamazu system offer the best links for search engines, so NO need to pay any extra charges. It’s automatically done for you!

Can my data get backup?

  • You can backup your data of course - Just one click in the Adminitration.

Can we continue to use our own domain name which we already have now?

  • Yes, sure. You need to change only DNS (Cname and MX records) and domain will automatically redirect to Wamazu DNS.

Can we keep our domain name still even one day we want to stop using wamazu due to some reason?

  • If you want to cancel your company domain name at Wamazu, there is no problem because you will set up at some domain name registrar (only change DNS and MX records). Domain name is YOURS.

Can you do E-shop for custom design and how much?

  • Sure, we can do it for you, moreover very professional with custom design. The price is from 5,000-15,000 USD. Although it seems high price, but our work for you will be very professional and customized.
